If I could give zero stars I would... What these people are doing is borderline teetering on the line of committing deliberate negligence. The extent of how far they go to do this I'm honestly surprised someone hasn't already filed a class action lawsuit. First of all I tried pulling my money out of the account last year and had all kinds of issues with errors and all kinds of nonsense (which many have brought up this complaint because they put up roadblocks from start to finish). Ontop of that now I can't access my account because I no longer have access to the phone number I signed up with. *If you register with this company and where to ever have an issue losing your login or no longer have the same phone number for the verification you are absolutely screwed. If you go and email their support no one will answer and all you will get is a automated email saying they dont give out "personalized responses" via email and to seek assistance via their website chat. When you go to the website chat they say the same thing that we dont give personalized resonponses from a actual support member without logging in for security reasons...* (its incredible the audacity to even say that... Theres not a legitimate company or financial service in the world that gives you APSOLUTELY NO WAY TO SEEK ASSISTANCE from a actual member of their support providing no means whatsoever to recover your account.) This company not only provides no way of manual verification to regain access to your account but actually has the audacity to tell its clients if you lose your log in that is reason enough that we cannot provide help to regain access to your account again for security reasons (which anyway you wont be able to do because you need to login to be able to contact someone in the support chat). You had to give a SSN when you signed up but your saying simply because you lost your login or in my case just having my phone number changed is valid enough reasoning that your identity cannot be verified to regain access to your account... You realize not even a bank will deny its clients the ability to regain access to their account if you are able to provide identification like your social. They have no intentions on helping you access your account because they are deliberately negligent and put up barriers so you can never access your money again. (TO CEX:IO SUPPORT: If you'd like a member of your team reach out to me and help verify me so I can regain access to my account and we can be done with this thing. Otherwise you leave me no other option than to consider seeking legal assistance.)
