Really poor communication
The communication throughout the whole process was really bad. Getting hold of people on the phone was incredibly difficult. The information provided to me was not clear and was explained poorly I want to make it clear that this is not directed at anyone in particular as I had the same experience with multiple people at Simply For example, on day of completion, the lawyer dealing with the sale/purchase did not call me and did not answer the phone when I tried to call multiple times. I spoke to the lawyer in question a few days before completing who explained that they would be calling me on the day, which they did not
