Fantastic customer service
My experience with Home Detail was slightly unusual. I bought a rattan garden set from them but had to cancel my order. I had not read the specifications properly and my husband pointed out some reasons why it would not be suitable for our requirements. It was less than 24 hours when I phoned up to cancel and the customer service was great and they refunded the money same day. I would highly recommend this company and intend to purchase something else that better suits our needs in due course.
