Worst Customer Service I've…
Worst Customer Service I've experienced. I called to CS to understand what was wrong with my line after an attempt of a bundle activation, I received an SMS confirmation that says was successfully done but after that no Internet, my phone calls in/out stop working and 5 days without line. First call to CS: A girl literally stop talking to me as soon as I asked for a refund, I hanged up and call back. Second call: A guy started to blame how should I be able to use data or phone calls if I have no money on my line, which clearly was not the case since I had auto renewal every month since more than 2 years. This is the first time happened to me that I ran out of data and bought a bundle as top-up, but the activation failed. At the end he said he could report this issue to the network colleagues since it was a failure in the system and they will fix and activate it, I asked for a refund instead. After that the guy started to talk unstoppable and saying I need to send an email with more than 10 things to CS including a picture of my statement and debit card, really? no it is fine keep the money, I'll go with another company. Really sad, they have these people that treats you very disrespectful.
