Terrible insurance to deal with
Terrible insurance to deal with. they refuse to take responsibility when their driver hit my car in April. They said that their driver isn’t responding to their phone calls or emails, surely that means he has something to hide? It’s been almost 6 months and he still doesn’t respond to them… In that case surely you accept liability by default? This has caused me many problems as I have an open claim. Ageas are horrible avoid! They insure people who jump red lights and run. The guy hasn’t responded in 5+ months. I have provided all the evidence required through 1st central so accept responsibility.
