Experience with website was fine. 3 stars is due to the checkout where the shipping was indicated 'free' until i clicked on the colissimo option which then became NOT 'free' and I was charged 3.95 even though the shopping cart indicated 'free shipping' from 49.94euros purchased. It was very misleading.
