AVOID AT ALL COSTS
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They're just an intermediary with Fedex & others - if something goes wrong they are unable to give you information on your package/tracking. I booked pick up for a Thursday, they ask you to be home 5 days for pick up - by Tuesday they still hadn't managed to have a couple of boxes picked up - I had already moved by then, so they asked me to leave the boxes with a friend at another address. Still nobody showed up, so I had to cancel. A week later I'm still without even a confirmation of the refund being made as they promised they would do when I cancelled. Save yourself the hassle - I had to book with UPS directly and was able to get the boxes picked up the same day. Edit to respond to their comment: How many times did I have to ask for a confirmation of refund since Tuesday? 3 times. When did I receive a straightforward response that the refund was "processed" on Thursday last week? Monday, same day they responded to my review here. You're lucky I'm not suing you for all the extra costs you made me incur by having to change addresses and now having had to buy new items since I am without my belongings for two weeks.
