Awful experience with this company
Awful experience with this company. Yodel marked order as delivered around 7pm in the evening well over a week ago. I have been back and forth chasing customer service. Initially them telling me to wait a further 24 hours for an update (this went on for 5 days!!!!) They are now telling me yodel cannot explain where my order is so I have to make a claim, but won’t let me make it filling the form digitally, I have to print. I ask for the form and for 3 days I get told someone will email it to me soon. I’ve chased again today to be told someone will email it to me within 7-10 days????? Absolutely not acceptable. I’m £90 out of pocket and I want my money back!
