James came into our lives when we viewed an apartment he was selling. We are pensioners and hadn’t moved for many years. We had had a very unhappy and stressful time with another Estate agent and after meeting James he saw us through buying another property and selling our house, with great efficiency, kindness, positivity and understanding. His great knowledge of the market helped to guide us through the process, staying in touch all the time and helping with excellent surveyors, removals and had a catalogue of services he could call on at any time. In fact everything that is stated on his website he provided and enabled us to exchange on the 31st March at the eleventh hour, which took an enormous amount of work on his part. We would without hesitation recommend James to anyone who wants to buy or sell their house. He goes above and beyond what you would expect from an estate agent and was always friendly, courteous and professional at all times. We would give 10 stars if we could. From Jan, Neil and Sam.
