Price gouging. You guys should not charge independent subscription rates to be the registered agent for one company in different states. Don't double dip the chip. I read your reply, however in undoing the damage your firm did, suffering your inability to process a refund on money you refuse to return and paying again to sec state to restore myself as registered agent for my own company in the states in which I live in came into contact with a whole sales agent who offers packages to clients like you which provide unilateral services for all 52 states. So you can claim this is industry standard but in reality what your doing is infact, "double dipping" your clients and backing the bad decision with this simple template reasoning excusing the action. You lost my buisness because because of it. I followed you i trusted your technician with the intention of depending on her wisdom. ...and i suffered for the mistake, guys. You can't fix it, but you can recognize.
