Excellent service
Forget the car! I want to first mention the staff! They are brilliant! I dealt with Nitish for the initial query and arrangements. He was friendly and flexible in meeting our needs. Really felt like he put us first especially because we had a difficult schedule and he worked around it. Rajiv and Varun came to deliver the car. Initially I was a bit reluctant and worried about driving in a new country i.e Mauritius where I had been for the first time. Secondly, I had not really driven an automatic before. They came to drop off the car at Ravenala and I requested if I could have a quick test and told them about my concerns. They both went out of their way to ensure that I was comfortable. They asked me to jump in and drive around for a while to get a feel of the car and the roads whilst they sat in with me. They explained the road rules, guided me as I was driving and really reassured me. They gave me a lot of their time which was not part of their job, but they still did. I had a few last minute errands on the day that they came to pick up the car and I was stuck in traffic. Despite that, they waited patiently and did not make a fuss. The car itself was in very good condition and perfect for a honeymoon. Hired the Wi-Fi as well which is a life saver. A very good decision to rent the car as we were able to explore the island more and get a real feel of Mauritius. Cheaper compared to other companies and hiring a taxi. Would definitely recommend and use them again.
