Jasmine is really amazing at customer service ..
Hi ..I recently went to DFO south wharf to buy a footwear for myself .When i entered your store the lady Jasmine who was assisting other customer gave me a beautiful smile n i felt i was welcomed n i went to buy 1 thing since Jasmine was assisting me i ended up buying bags n footwear .Jasmine was really courteous n genuine ,I was really confused however she helped me to choose the best for me .She was really spontaneous. I have been into customer service industry for a long time n i can say she was really genuine n she really made my day with her best customer service skills .I think she should be rewarded.
