This business is a sham!
What sort of a business offers zero customer service? A sham business!! I made this purchase because Car Keys Express were selling keys from Costco. The replacement key did not work while I was still in the parking lot. The tech said it was fixed, it worked right after the fix and never again. Contacting Customer Service was a joke, no replies to emails and when I called the number, the call was disconnected each time. Thankfully, Costco happily refunded the purchase! Do yourself a favor!! Don't buy from them!
