Online ordering was very easy and the item arrived quickly. The foot massager was just as described and was a present for my mum which she loved. The instructions and controls of the massager are easy to understand and operate. The item looks well made and the booties are very comfortable. If I had to suggest an enhancement it would be to have a quieter mechanism in the massager.
