Do Not Purchase Anything From This Company
I ordered desk from them. I received an order confirmation from them. Four days later, I received another email stating the item was out of stock. I found the same desk on another website so I ordered it and canceled the DCG order. Two weeks later! I received an email from them saying the item was in stock. I wrote back again telling them to cancel it. The following day I received an email stating it was too late to cancel because the order had already shipped. I tried calling customer service several times, but only ever got a voice mail stating to leave a message? No one called back. I sent emails to customer service stating I didn't want the desk. There was no response until I wrote I was filing a dispute with American Express. Someone called " Shane" wrote back stating if I had started the dispute, there was nothing he could do. By the time Shane wrote to me, FedEx had delivered the desk. I wrote back stating I didn't want the desk, and I was not paying to ship it back. Shane wrote saying he would email me a prepaid shipping label and FedEx would come to pick up the box. This was almost two weeks ago. Shane still has not sent the label. I have a big, very heavy box with an unwanted, previously canceled desk sitting in my foyer. I am waiting on the dispute resolution. This is without a doubt the worst company I have ever dealt with. Don't buy a hankerchief from this place.
