I have had my Skuma now around 3-4…

I have had my Skuma now around 3-4 months. I wanted to really wait to review so I could give honest unbiased opinion. When I first brought my machine there were some teething troubles. Sorting setting to make the machine hotter for tea and coffee and so forth. I had to initially return for a new one. Despite this what some may see as a negative, I would say highlighted fantastic Customer service. All communication was personal and through WhatsApp which was so handy to send demo videos and trouble shoot. Additionally for the inconvenience Skuma sent me some free gifts and let me keep the initial mineral vial and super filter. The water taste is exceptional. With the minerals it's like drinking fresh Icelandic water on a warm day. Perfect! We have still had difficulty getting hot drinks right. If your having a green tea or any warm drink without milk then it's perfect. If you like a piping hot cup of tea with milk, it just doesn't get hot enough so we returned to the kettle for that. I also do home coffee enemas and it's perfect for getting the right temp instantly. If you drink coffee it's also great as you don't want it piping hot. So loads of plus sides. The machine itself is sleek and stylish with great use of led lighting. The unit is a 'thirsty beast' as my wife says. It wants a lot of refills and has a lot of waste water. After talking with their fantastic customer service they gave great ideas how to use this. I use it for plants, boiling eggs and when I clean my veggies with ozone water. So no waste water in the end. You do have to change the way you think and use your water but it's been a good think. No water goes down the drain without having been used now. So we're are much more eco friendly and economical with the water. The unit style is fantastic but the lids to the tanks are a little tricky. Not sure if it's the plastic material or shape but they can be tricky to fit back and I somehow manage to pinch my fingers a lot. Might be me tbh. The minerals feature is fantastic. If your buying a reverse osmosis system the water is then stripped of the minerals that we need in water which can lead to further dehydration. Skuma sell the replacement vials or you can get them sent monthly. I think I purchased 6 up front. I felt a noticeable difference in my hydration with these especially after the sauna. I did also experiment with adding Celtic sea salt to an empty vial, letting it dissolve in filter water and adding it back (hopefully it doesn't damage the machine) but it did provide the minerals back in my water instead of buying a new vial. All in all for the price, customer service, product capability, features and spread the cost option on payment. This is one of the best purchases I have ever made! Clean mineral rich water is a non negotiable fundamental human requirement and Skuma really delivers this ❤️
