Home cleaning booking was easy, follow-through was just okay
Booked a home cleaning in Atlanta through Ryde home services. The booking process was seamless and I liked having the e-signed record of what was agreed to. The cleaner did a solid job on the main areas but missed behind the appliances which I'd specifically noted in the request. Not terrible, but not perfect. The platform itself handled the issue professionally when I flagged it — gave me a partial credit to my Ryde Wallet.
