Having just completed and passed Unit One of the Diploma and received feedback, I would like to say how encouraging the feedback was and unexpectedly quick which made all the difference when venturing into the unknown. It reassured me enormously when my tutor, Sarah Elston provided quick and positive feedback for the unit, as I was expecting 5 working days. I received complete feedback in 2 days! Points I had not made were made gently and just added to the feedback. Overall a great experience so far as well as the lectures from Grace Brown which add another dimension to the learning experience. I'm also finding the course extremely interesting. Thank you.
