My flight got cancelled and I was not informed with details just a generic email…
My flight got cancelled and I was not informed properly only emailed saying your flight is cancelled, call airline for details. Did not get a courtesy call from travel junction. Poor customer service as Ruby did not know the rules if a flight is cancelled or delayed by certain number of hours then what is the compensation entitlement. She just kept saying call the airline and find it out from them. Despite me booking the entire journey with them but when there is cancellation or delays they are very unhelpful. I asked to speak with her manager but she would not put them through and kept saying why do you need to speak to them. Also I found her very rude and not listening for what I was asking her.
