I visited this restaurant with two friends at 4 pm today , only 6 other customers and a staff of around 8 people. Within seconds of our arrival a waiter was asking us for our menue choice handing us the menue at the same time as his request. The three of us decided what we would like and ordered once we had taken our coats off. 45 minutes later after complaining about a lack of service in providing anything to us we were given two pots of tea and some foul smelling cloths to wipe our hands , we asked when our food order wpuld be delivered and the waiter advised us that he was not our waiter so we were obliged to go to the cooking area to seek help. The reply being that abtechnical fault had resulted in their loosing trace ofbour order. After one hour our food finally arrived , much to the delight of two dogs sitting under an adjacent table with two other customers. The manager came to apologise for tge delay but seemed to have no control over his staff or hygine levels , We do not like eating with two dogs sniffing around under a table 2 ft away.. The bill came to £80 plus a service charge !!,
