ORDER # 104835903 I order a watch on 12/21/19 and as of 1/7/20 I haven't even received a shipping tracking number. I have called your company over 6 times and each time I have called I have been on hold for a minimal of an hour. On yesterday, I called twice and after waiting an hour to talk to someone the person told me different information then the person I had spoken to the previous time. I asked to talk to a supervisor and she just sent me to a voicemail ( THIS IS AFTER HAVING WAITED ON HOLD FOR AN HOUR). I called back on the same afternoon on yesterday and was waiting on hold - then after waiting on hold for 1.5 HOURS, THE PHONE WENT TO A VOICEMAIL. I am assuming that the help desk had closed and even though I had been on hold for 1.5 HOURS that my needs were irrelevant...... I have talked with someone at your company about my order on December 26, 2019, January 2, 2020, January 3, 2020 and January 6, 2020 and every time they have told me something different relative to my order..... This is my third email to the help desk and I have not receivied even a courtesy response. I called my local Invicta store and they told me that they operate totally seperately from the online store and couldn't help resolve the issue. Now when I placed the order there was no hesitation or delays in debiting/crediting my card - yet when it comes to verifiable information and shipping of my product there has delay after delay after delay......This is an item that my husband has wanted for a while and if that wasn't the case I would had never ordered from your company. I know that this email will go unanswered or unaddressed as the others have and I know this is not your company YOU JUST WORK THERE....but this is a reflection of your company as a whole. Very discouraged and disappointed.
