Good equipment, average customer service
The HVAC units themselves perform well and maintain consistent temperatures throughout our facility. Customer service can be hit or miss - sometimes very responsive, other times it takes multiple calls to get someone out for repairs. The equipment quality makes up for the service inconsistencies.
