My girlfriend was charged for many things that she didn't even receive for her cat. We booked for a blood test and full check up, but the vet didn't do any those things and did almost nothing, proceeded to tell us to book again next week as he couldn't help the cat that day even though he was literally at the house. We were charged full price, didn't receive any option for slight refund or reduction in costs and awful customer service. My girlfriend also made a review here and it was removed by Trust pilot.
