Post cruise customer service horrible
I got Covid on an Alaskan cruise and was put in isolation the last day before we disembarked. My wife and I missed the land portion of the trip, also through Princess, as a result. My wife received a credit for her unused portion of the trip promptly, but it has been over 6 weeks for my credit. We have spent countless hours on hold with Princess on many occasions. Their customer service post cruise is horrible.
