Utterly Disappointed – Worst Experience Ever I placed an order from London, genuinely believing this company was reliable and professional. I sent a cake and teddy for a friend and made sure to choose a round-shaped cake specifically to avoid any awkwardness. But what did they deliver? A heart-shaped cake completely inappropriate and embarrassing, especially because she was surrounded by people. I’m not her lover I was simply sending a kind gesture, and they turned it into something uncomfortable. To make matters worse, when I called to raise the issue, the person who answered was shockingly rude. No apology, no attempt to understand just pure arrogance and a total lack of basic customer service. He even claimed I was raising the complaint after 24 hours, when in fact, the cake was delivered at 2:17 PM on 5th April, and I contacted them at 9:55 PM the same day. This entire experience was frustrating, disappointing, and completely unprofessional. I trusted this company and they delivered nothing but stress. Please don’t waste your time or money here. There are plenty of better options out there.
