Have used iDrive since 2023 and they had a "catastrophic error" occur 6 weeks ago with our business computers. Tech support had us do the exact same repairs and took a long time in-between emails to respond. My employee was unable to work during this time and to date, it's still not working. Uninstalling this afternoon. Their Blaise attitude for a business turned me off. I'll find someone who actually cares about their customers.
