After two years of hell due to So Energy taking over the wrong energy supply and that leading to absolute chaos with Scottish Power, the ombudsman raised a case, and So Energy has to write me an apology letter, refund me some money, agree final bill and close account, which was done. I moved the Octopus who have been supplying my energy since Feb. So Energy incredibly …. Are hounding me again for more money, they still seem to think I’m with them. This is the most shambolic mess of a company I have ever ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Run and mile from them for the sake of your mental health.
