Despise the app and the dodgy way they charge. Auto pay was set up for the longest time. I was a regular user parking everyday with them. Until they decided to charge full price, then add fees ontop, stop taking auto payments and then demand £60 for everyday for 2 weeks. No signage, no warning. Just sheer dodgy practices from this company.
