After I ordered an item that was showing as in stock
After I ordered an item that was showing as in stock. Was emailed to say they had no stock and it would take 2 or 3 weeks before I would get the order. No definite timescale. No apology, no offer of a refund, no compensation either. Emailed them and got a really bad response, it didn't make sense and it didn't even answer one of the 2 questions I asked. When I emailed again they just didn't bother to reply. No customer service given at all.
