It's a 1 because I can't leave 0. Car was dented, scratched and scuffed on every panel. Then they charged extra because apparently the car needed a wash when I dropped it back. Complete refusal to assist or discuss. DO NOT EVER USE THESE. Ended up paying more than at anywhere else.
