Impossible to get help
If you forget your password, they send you an email demanding you answer a moronic "security question". There is only one security question offered: "What is your pet?" I do not ever recall providing an answer to that question. It is unanswerable because I do not have a pet, and haven't had for many years before I ever signed up with Heart Internet. No other means of contacting them is provided. No email. No phone number. Twitter messages disabled. Such 'service' is pathetic and incompetent.
