Amazing Support
I have been with HeartInternet for around 15 years. The platform is solid, as is there support. Every now and then something goes wrong, but thats to be expected from any provider. The thing with HeartInternet is they care. I had an update fail about 5 years ago and they gave me hands on support to fix the issues. This week I realised I was on a legacy package. I asked Support what I should do and they literally hand held me onto a modern package. A massive thanks to Adrian for his time and patience. In comparison to GoDaddy, HeartInternet are in a much more superior league... If you are not sure, look at GoDaddy and email, compare this to HeartInternet and the differences jump out at you, as doe HeartInternets sensible cost structure. I read another person on Trustpilot talking about SPF. SPF, DKIM and DMAC are a modern subject and I read walk throughs on HeartInternets support pages on how to update DNS records, which was super easy to follow. You dont need to be super techie, but a level of basic understanding of how Website Hosting works is a good thing.
