Disappointing Experience with customer support and order issues
I placed an order on August 24th, but unfortunately, I made a typo in my email address during checkout. I immediately contacted customer support to correct the mistake, but despite my prompt request, they proceeded to send me an invoice without the correct tracking number. They responded that they could not change the email for shipping. I’ve since followed up multiple times, asking simply for the correct tracking number, but for the last 72 hours, I have not received a reply - the delivery was promised to be within 3-4 business days, which should've been yesterday, but I don't even have the tracking number. As a result, I was forced to open a dispute through Revolut, as I had informed them that I would do so if the tracking information was not provided. I will update my review once I receive any updates either from the company or Revolut regarding the status of my order. I hope this can be resolved soon, but my experience with customer service so far has been frustrating - so, for now, I would NOT recommend it. It seems either scammy or terribly run.
