Impossible to get owed refund from!
I had a flight that was cancelled (not SkyLux's fault), but when the airline tried to credit me they refunded the money to SkyLux's credit card, not mine, and here we are, nearly 14 months since the flight and 7 months since they received the flight refund and I still don't have 100% of my money.
