Customer service isn't in their vocabulary. They will lock your card without notice on a weekend leaving you stranded out of town. Their call center can't do a dam thing other then tell you your balance out side business hours, they are completely useless! My brother was in a coma in the icu, i booked a flight with my debit but could get a rental car or hotel because Payments take 4 days to clear your account. They told me at western union it's 24hrs, I drove 3 hours return trip paid to make the payment with them on the phone and they were liing the entire time still 4 days till it showed I was stranded at the airport across the country with no way to get to my Brother and no where to stay
