Shocking customer service

Love the product, but customer service is shocking . I placed an order 10 days ago , got an email saying it was delayed because of a courier issue, that’s fair enough . I then received a delivery but only one case and I ordered 5 . I have sent 3 emails explaining this and still no response I have paid for products that I have not received and no response to my email. Shocking customer service.
