I switched to Smiths quite a while ago now, in my efforts to find consistently good quality coffee and lovely blends. Their delivery is always prompt. I have now got a few favourites which I buy on a regular basis. Their hot chocolate is lovely. They are my go to now. Highly recommended! Their customer service is also spot on. The one time a parcel was damaged in the parcel depot and was undeliverable, I had a replacement the next day.
