Poor customer service.. Items missing when order online

I ordered via their online store... unfortunately not everything I ordered arrived... The representative initially told me they maybe another package coming and to call Australia Post... after that they said everything was sent would investigate with Australia Post... finally they told me there's nothing they can do and to call Australia Post if I wanted to investigate since the packages may have been tampered with it definitely didn't look that way and the packages were full to brim.... I feel ripped off. There's no contact number for the online store and their responses are terribly slow
