I lost my sim card while traveling
I lost my sim card while traveling. I ordered another one very easily. But it happened that it got lost in another mailbox. But they were able to help me with that too, and offered to send a new one to a physical store. But, oh my goodness, I still found the one that was sent to me before. Thank you for your help to agent Minh for your understanding and support in resolving this unfortunate situation.
