Incomplete order sent out, missing item completely forgotten about by them, had to make contact numberous times to chase up, only to be told it on its way, turns out it wasn't true, it never turned up. Had to request partial refund, which was done quickly. The Worst thing is that on their website it states in the item is in stock.
