Excellent , easily accessible online materials. The online course provided some great inspiration during the pandemic and realistic learning goals meant that the study was manageable and achievable, bringing as sense of achievement. The resources are useful and relevant and the course has given me confidence to coach online. The previous in-house workshops and training prepared me well to coach small circuit training workshops online during lockdown, and enabled me to start training clients with confidence and enthusiasm.
