30 days since I contacted customer relations via email about our cruise on sky Princess as no response from guest services whilst on ship. Still no response. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER RELATIONS. No phone number just an email. Princess don’t deliver what they promise. Covid and staffing aside this company is a disgrace.
