Absolutely the most frustrating…
Absolutely the most frustrating experience. They are unable to verify my banking institution, even though all of my information is accurate and matches everything that I have manually added. I have submitted a verification for my bank about 20 times. Customer service is absolutely horrid. I ask a question and ask what I can do or if there is an alternate way that I can verify my bank considering everything that I submit to them that is accurate, they still reject. I have contacted them numerous times and they just send me the same scripted email every time to resubmit my banking information. However, Every time I submit it it gets rejected and they cannot even tell me why. I have asked what the issue is and they can’t tell me. They continue to give me the runaround, deny all of my verification and give me no explanation as to why. This is absolutely disgusting for a company to treat their players. Stay away from this casino. It will give you nothing but a headache and keep your money. It’s really funny how they could care less to verify your info before depositing, which I feel like they should. But when it comes to pull it out, They do nothing but reject your banking institution, even though you have provided voided checks and bank statements all matching the information that you originally inputted into their system. I am still waiting for someone to actually reply to me. That is not the same exact email that they send me every single time. I ask a question and I get nothing but the same Email they have sent me 40 times prior. I will update this review if they actually will try to help me because as of now they’ve done nothing but frustrate me.
