I had a called your customer service…regarding courses I purchased back in June.
I had a called your customer service line on Friday, November 11th, inquiring about a course that was purchased back in June. I spoke with Diana, who informed me that your system was down and she would have to get back with me. She promised she would call me back when the system came back up. It is now Wednesday, Nov. 16th and I have yet to hear back from Diana! I was so impressed with her during the call, but she sure didn't live up to what was expected!
