Awful Item & Staff

I hired a chipper from HSS, their website states you can use it for "Garden Waste" but cannot use it on leaves or brambles. I followed the guidance by the delivery men who only said don't put anything bigger than the hole on the front of the chipper, it jammed after less than 5 minutes of use and with a branch much thinner than the hole. I requested a refund and got lied to by a member of their customer service team who said a refund was on the way back to me, but in fact they had rejected my request for a refund. HSS lied and said I put through 'wet leaves' - it hadn't rained for over a week!! The product did not fit description on website and we had to manually cut all the garden waster ourselves. Awful company, stay away and don't hire anything from them.
