Service is flaky at best
While the actual service is flaky at best, and you can ONLY connect the VOIP account to a single device, using their recommended paid for software. When you have a problem you do get to webchat with an agent (I assume it's not a bot) quite quickly. However they always seems to blame everything but their service. My advice, stick with a recognised VOIP provider, it will cost a little more, but I'm sure it will work when you need it to.
