Scammers and theives - AVOID
As I write this, I can not believe I'm actually being scammed in the exact same way that other reviewers have outlined below! Before I could see the car, I was forced to sign a document to confirm where a dozen or so dents and scratches already were (I was not able to check and confirm this). The car, when i eventually saw it, was still dirty from the previous renter, and with less than 1/4 tank of fuel. When i dropped the car off (in Krakow Airport) their office was shut, so I was unable to demonstrate that that the car was not damaged in any way by me. 2 weeks after I handed the car back, they have now written to me with a picture of an obscure scratch on the rear door that is nothing to do with me, to confirm that they are taking money from my credit card for the damage. This company is fraudulent and untrustworthy, and you would be very wise to avoid them at all costs. I'm also disgusted that Wizz Air appear to have a partnership with such a firm (I reserved the car while I was booking my flights). PLEASE AVOID.
