Rachel H from Customer Service is Fab
Upon moving to a new house the previous owner left me with the account details but this ended up getting strings-crossed as that account was actually closed which led to my account stalling in it's setup. After a quick phonecall with 0 waiting time I got through to Rachel H on Home Team A and she proceeded to very clearly explain the whole process to me, delete the old account, setup a new account and explain how bills will work. Rachel was incredibly patient and kind while being quick and efficient we even had a laugh together over some things. She was also very understanding about which sensitive information I didn't want to disclose over the phone best customer service I've received in a while!
