Continues to exceed expectations after three months
My experience with Form Health has exceeded my expectations in every way and met my highest expectations. I've never had a moment when the next step or requirement wasn't obvious and easy to do. I've met with very knowledgeable individuals (a PA, a dietician and an MD) who were all very helpful and had my best interests in mind. The app and program is super easy to navigate, it's literally one of the least effort things I've done and from the beginning I've felt the doctors and experts assigned to me have been on my side and helping me make substantial progress toward my goals while also providing expertise and insight along the way that's made my experience even better. I would highly recommend to anyone.
