Awful

I’m not the type of person to leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience due to the disappointment and frustration I’ve faced. I paid a considerable amount of money expecting a service that would accelerate progress for our new startup. Instead, after two months of back-and-forth, I’ve seen no real effort from Adrian and no meaningful results. The whole point of hiring him was to avoid spending my own time searching and resolving issues—but unfortunately, I’ve ended up doing just that, while also having to convince him that he hasn’t delivered what was promised. One of the key deliverables was to ensure our website and business details would appear properly on Google. This has not been done. Despite repeatedly raising this with Adrian, I’ve received nothing but vague and unhelpful replies, such as claiming that “everyone’s search settings are different.” Adrian, when I search for other businesses, their address and company details appear clearly. When I search for ours, I see irrelevant results—like the Companies House listing—instead of our actual business profile. To make matters worse, I also paid for 5 hours of consulting/advice, and none of the expected value has been delivered. I’m left chasing basic services I already paid for, and I’ve received no action—just excuses. This experience has been incredibly disappointing, and I regret trusting this service with such an important part of our business launch.
